After the health sector, the education sector is one of the institutions most affected by the pandemic. Due to this pandemic in the world, education was suspended in almost all countries, and then, in order to manage this process and the crisis, distance education was started using digital technologies. With this project, we aim to enable our teachers to use these skills effectively in order to educate students who have acquired "digital literacy" skills among the literacy skills whose meaning has started to change depending on the developing information and communication technologies and whose scope is expanding.
